If you’ve been turned down for service because of bad credit, you’re a teenager with no credit, or simply need some added privacy; you might want to consider a Tracfone prepaid cell phone card.
Tracfone is not only one of the largest independent prepaid cell phone card services, it also happens to be one of the most popular prepaid cell phone card services that lets you pay as you go, with no concealed charges and no strings attached. When you use Tracfone, you are able to track how much airtime you use, so you can control your costs and buy your minutes accordingly, you don’t have to worry about going over your minutes and being charged that extra overtime fee.
A prepaid cell phone card allows you the advantage of having a cell phone service without a contract, security deposit, credit check, activation fee or cancellation fee if you decide that you should ever want to discontinue your service. Along with no monthly bill, Tracfone does not require a minimum age for using their service. In order for you to help you keep track of your minutes the Tracfone phone has a display that shows you how much airtime you've used and how many minutes you have left.
Tracfone prepaid cell phone cards are available for purchase in four different amounts. They start at 30 minute cards that are good for 60 days, then move on to 60 minutes, next are 150 minutes, and then annual cards that are good for 365 days. The long-distance calls are the same price as local calls, and any minutes that you don’t use will automatically roll over to the next month as long as you keep your service is active.
